1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Teluh, including our website, AI interview-prep generator, teleprompter features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility And Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

Teluh provides interview preparation tools that may include resume upload, job posting analysis, AI-generated prep content, teleprompter practice tools, interview-mode features, templates, and history storage of generated prep.

Features may change over time, and certain features may be available only in specific plans.

4. Free And Paid Plan Terms

Teluh may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing displayed in the Service are incorporated into these Terms. If you purchase a paid plan in the future, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Unless otherwise stated, paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User Content And License

You may submit content to the Service, including resumes, job descriptions, prompts, and edits ("User Content"). You retain your ownership rights in your User Content.

You grant Teluh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display User Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide requested outputs to you. This license ends when you delete your User Content or close your account, except to the extent copies are retained in routine backups or as required by law.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses AI to generate interview content. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all output before relying on it.

Teluh does not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or employment results. The Service is provided for informational and practice purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional employment advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content intended to disrupt systems.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of others.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content.
• Share account credentials or access the Service in unauthorized ways.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, the Service and all related software, design, branding, and functionality are owned by Teluh or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, authentication, email/contact processing, or external links). We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or policies.

10. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your account data and associated content within 45 days of termination, except where retention is required by law or necessary for fraud prevention. You may request a copy of your data before account closure by contacting [email protected]. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.

11. Disclaimer Of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teluh and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teluh and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Teluh agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

15. Electronic Communications

You agree that we may provide notices and communications electronically, including by email or through the Service, and that such communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.

16. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post a revised "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teluh regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.

19. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Teluh.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. Teluh may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
